I'm very curious. Are you saying that if I was to do 20 minutes of intense exercise every day vs. 3 time a week of 1 hour medium intensity I would burn more. I'm curious because my schedule only permits me to workout in the mornings for 20-25 mins. I thought this was a waste as you don't burn anything in that short amount of time.
