When weight training it is not about eating a lot, it is about eating the correct sorts and amounts of food, baked beans and foods with lots of muscle Buliding Protein help build muscle. If you weight train say 3 times a week, other days you can specifically complete cardio activities such running etc, this way you can build muscles and tone the body at the same time.
