could you please help . i am 5' tall and weigh 14 1/2 stone, i am loseing weight gradually but now find i need to tone my muscles most especially my stomach. but i have a back problem, i walk on average a mile a day but this is not enough.
also if i lose 4 1/2 stone as i want to at age 50 will my skin shrink or will i be left with excess? please help as i am getting very depressed. thank you
