hi i just had a quick question. i do cardio for about 35 minutes whenever i work out which is 4 times a week. i was wondering, i know that you need to burn more claories than you take in to lose fat, but i also want to gain muscle mass and to do that you need to eat like alot right? can you give me some tips on how to do both of these things at the same time. i really wanna gain muscle mass in many places but at the same time i also want to lose these ugly love handles. thanks for you time.
