Have seen a couple of sources on it and it agrees with joann of weights before cardio. If it's mainly fat-loss you're after, concentrate more on consistent weight-training then on cardio...cardio maybe 2 - 3 times a week for 30 - 45mins a session. Weights 3 - 4 times a week for 45 -- 55mins.
