first off, i don't care how much creatine u take, your chest will NOT get bigger. What you need to do is to eat...eat...and eat... Calories and a proper diet will add the weight (creatine comes later).
barbell bench press, dumbell bench press, flyies, cable crossovers, (all presses flat, incline, decline) will work the chest. dips, any tricep & shoulder excercise will develop the secondary muscles for you.
lastly, try to do 3-4 sets of 6-10 reps to build the mass. more sets and more reps won't really help build mass, and really heavy sets, with only 2-4 reps per set might actually hurt you.
