Need a routine, plz help.

hey, i'm 16 years old, and i started to workout a few months ago. well i havent really made a routine yet.. and i just do whatever each time i go.

well normally i go every day.. for like 45-1 hour.
i would like to build:
abs/chest/shoulders/back/biceps/forearms/calve muscles.

any routine will be great. thanks!
