Hello, my name is Eric, im 6'2" and 230lbs. I have a few inches i would like to get rid of and i am wondering how i should go about it. I have been working on my strenght and building a bit of muscle, i read that the more muscle you have, the more fat you can lose a quicker rate. Although im not intrested in gaining any size, i am muscular enough as it is. I would just like to tone up a bit. I got my Cardio routine down, im just curious if i should start working out with less weight and more rep's.
P.S. I have a good diet going too, i just need to know if lifting less with more rep's would be my best bet.
