QUick question on getting rid of the sections of fat that cling to my sides..... over the past few months i've watched them grow, and swell, and feed off my body. To say the least its like i have a couple of leaches on my sides. Does salt work or do i burn them off?
Seriously, what are some good workouts to rid me of these annoying pests around my waist? I havent been to active lately so i know what the cause is, but i have been working out regularly again, and am curious if there is a certain workout that focuses mainly on this area. Or should i just stick with my diet and regular workout routine and hope they decide to find another host?
