A female friend of mine has back problem requiring her to go to a cario-practicianier several times a week. She is worried about losing her mussel tone. She's on holiday at present, I would like to be able to give her a copy of the exercises so she can identify which are suitable for her and find out if purchasing a new bullworker would help her. She is forty years of age and only 5feet 2 inches tall. Can you help and supply list of places I can make a purchase. I live in Chelmsford Essex U.K.
