Chad,
I have been doing a spoof of the atkins diet for about 6mo. I am now having alot of trouble staying on track. It seems that if I go off of it at all I bloat and then seem to gain weight off adding carbs. I blow up like over night. I then resume the diet and it takes me two or three days to loose the weight or bloat? Am I ever going to be able to stop this diet? I do feel great while doing it and I have more energy when doing it. Help do you have any answers? I do excerize daily.
