Thank you for your advice. I did pushups for a short time and in only a few days I could feel myself losing flexibility in my shoulders which is a great concern. Needless to say I discontinued the exercise. Is there a simple exercise I can do to increase strength in my shoulders without losing flexibility there? Thank you again for your comments.
