No. Weight loss comes from one formula only - calories in must be less than calories out. If Jennifer runs for 24 hours a day, but eats a pork pie every five minutes, she'll get enormously fat.
It's true that it's healthier to increase exercise before decreasing food. However, once a healthy level of exercise has been reached, but the fat has stopped disappearing, it's time to look at reducing food intake - starting with the fattiest and sweetest foods.
