..you have to increase your cardio. You have to run more, run harder or run longer. It is very difficult to lose that last little bit of midsection fat. For some reason, the body just wants to hang on to that for dear life. Personally, whenever i gain weight it goes directly to my lower ab region or my butt. I think it just comes down to more intense aerobic exercise. Weight training is not too effective for weight loss because there is too much resting. Weight loss comes from continuous movement....try more intense running..see if that works.
