ERIKA; YOU WERE LIKE ME ATHOUGH I BROKE MY ELBOW AND IT TOOK A YEAR TO REALLY STRENGTH TRAIN. IT WAS HARD AT FIRST BUT I DID A LOT OF LEG WORK BECAUSE I COULD NOT USE TWO HANDS FOR MY UPPER BODY,ALTHOUGH I REALLY LOOK OUT OF PLACE BLADING DOWN A HILL WITH A CAST ON. JUST START WALKIN AROUND A TRACK AND COMBINE IT WITH SOME SPRINTS. IF YOU HAVE FREE WEIGHTS USE SOME LIGHT ONES.
