Remember that the label you read that says the amounts of fat and carbs is listed PER SERVING. For example, a jar of peanut butter may say Fat 17g, Carb 7g......but it also says that the jar contains 15 servings. To answer your question, the higher carbs is better than the higher fat. Also, make sure you stay away from foods with saturated fat. Most labels split up fat and saturated fat on the label, stay away from anything with saturated fat.
