It depends; are you growing? If you aren't, maybe you are doing too much. Are you sore the next day? Two days after? You should be a little sore the day after you work very hard, but you need a rest day to grow muscle. You aren't really resting your chest muscles. Maybe try doing all of the chest work in the same 2 days, instead of doing the flies and cable work on the days in between. Mix things up occasionally.
