I used a wheel with two handles that was made for the same workout as the torso track. I did it for months and months. The biggest results I found were in my lower back and obliques. But I believe this was because those were some of my weak points. Maybe your stomach is in good enough shape to take the abuse, and your shoulders and back are a little behind. In my opinion it is very easy to plateau on the torso track. You will soon be able to do it all day long. I suggest sticking with the various ab and oblique workouts, and hold plates of weight if necessary.
