I have used free weights on a regular basis for years. I purchased the Bowflex three weeks ago miostly for my wife. I have now placed an ad in the local paper to sell all of my free weighrs and gear. I am totally impressed with the Bowflex and I never thought I would leave free weights. By the way, I am going on 62 years of age but not feeling like it. Dave
