First consider your caloric intake. If you want to gain weight you have to pound in calories by use of well balanced diet. You have to eat 5 or 6 times a day. All this assumes that their is no medical reason for not gaining. A lot of people just don't take in enough calories and wonder why they don't gain.
Then add good leg routines including leg presses and squats, but watch your technique. Have someone show you proper form. Also, add dead lifting to your routine. Great for lower girth. Visit my site for info on diet and lifting.
