My blood pressure has usually been around
110/80. For the last three months I've
been training for a marathon and have been
running around 40 miles/week, whereas before
I maybe ran 20 or less per week. I just
had my blood pressure measured and it was
90/62. Is this most likely a consequence
of the running, or should I get it checked?
I'm running the marathon this sunday, and
haven't been feeling dizzy when I stand up
or anything like that. I'm 24, normal weight.
