I am a 18 year old female and I can't seem to lose my flabby thighs. I come from a family with a tendency towards "sturdy" legs, but I jog every morning for 20-30 minutes (that's all I can handle because I have weak knees) and have been doing so for about 9 months, and I also don't eat suppers and watch my diet carefully at all other meals, but I can't seem to REALLY lose my "thunder" thighs. I can't buy equipment cause I move around a lot, so what can I do to at lease lose the fat on my thighs? I don't really care so much about size, but I'd like to get rid of the flab. Thank you!
