Yes, it will lessen. Give it time, and start resistance exercise. You can "tighten up" loose skin by making the muscle under it larger.
Your skin is very elastic and stretches to accommodate the tissue under it. When it doesn't need to cover as much, it eventually returns to its original size. In a few years, you might need to have something tightened here and there, but don't do that until you've give your body a chance to do it on its own.
