You already have lots of information on how to perform the exercises to develop your chest; here are some tips on nutrition. But first, one exercise tip; since you need to conserve energy, you will be best served by doing less reps and sets per week, with higher resistance. The more recovery time you get, the more time you have to grow.
Eating at least five times per day will provide the nutrition to build and maintain muscle. Try to include some lean protein with each meal. Adding Whey Protein or a MRP (meal replacement) is an easy way to get in a meal. SNS meal replacements are Fast Food and Lean Machine (also contains Creatine, Glutamine, and Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM for joints).
If you haven't already tried Creatine, you should.
