if you want to just stay fit looking eat just the meat and veggies when you eat a hamburger. stay away from carbs as much as possible. drink sugar-free drinks and etc.
if you want to get strong. eat high protien foods all day long. when you wake up, eat ham and eggs for a pre-lunch snack have a can of tuna. just eat high protien food meals about 5 times a day. and if you are going to do this you must workout hard at the gym everyday for atleast an hour!
