It depends upon how much of this loose skin is covering fat, versus just stretched skin. If you recently had a baby, it takes a while for everything to get back to normal.
A lot of people who lose a lot of weight, whether just fat or a baby, need a long time to get the skin back to its original size.
You need to get your body in shape by doing the right things- exercising as often as possible and eating lots of smaller meals during the day. I know that it's hard to hear this, but your skin eventually gets better. You have to be patient and keep up with your exercise and diet.
If, after a year or so, you still have skin around the front that just won't "shrink" back to where it was, you may a candidate for surgery.
I am NOT a proponent for cosmetic surgery in cases where everything else has not been done first, but there are many skilled doctors who can fix the problem. But, they can't fix it permanently, unless you have already made changes to keep from adding more fat.
Wait as long as you can before committing to surgery. You might find that you can do it on your own.
