First off, if you're that totally intent and fanatic about your arms that you're trying dozens of pills and drugs that might harm you, perhaps you should take a look at yourself and see what makes you so obsessive about your physical appearance. It's not you're looks that will define your life and how you are treated..nor will it determine your love life--for any decent girl, anyway, physical appearance of a guy is just a plus, not a must. Anyway, back on the subject, the only way to burn fat is to excercise. There is no easy way; there is no fast way, unless you excercise yourself close to the point of death. Whenever you run or do cardiovascular activities, push yourself a little harder thinking about your future body. To build muscle, once again, it takes time and lots of work. All pills an drugs that are "fast" are crap. The only thing I know of that might help, but not much, are drugs such as createne(spelling?) that help you build mass that you can promptly turn into muscle. However, this can be a drawback because you must work extra-hard to burn this excess mass and/or turn it into muscle. On the crunches subject, as before, takes work and pain. Don't do one kind of sit-up or crunch in one big sitting. Take 30 seconds, work on short fast crunches for your upper abs. Then rest for a bit and maybe jump rope(big time fat burner and it makes you faster). Then for another 30 seconds, do full crunches with your legs extended, bringing them in when you bring your chest up. Do as many as you can. Then rest or jump, whichever you want--trying harder will produce results faster. T
