If your trying to loose weight you need to work on circuit training and keeping your heart rate at 60-70% of your maximum. The circuit training is faster and depletes more energy therefor more fat conversion. To find out where your heart rate should be try this formula, 220- (your age) times .60. As for diet, either add extra activity to your day in order to burn an additional 500cal/day, or take 500cal/day from your diet.
