i have been considering purchasing a fat burner. My question is "will it work" if i keep on a good diet and workout regularly, will a fat burner have a good effect on me?
If so, what ones are for real? i have researched many of the supplements for weight loss. the following have caught my eye : Xenadrine, ECA Stack (ephedrine, caffine, and asprin.), and matabolife
also (for the eager person) how good is a water pill? i seen some stuff in a magizine about them. it said that taking them will reduce your water retention and therefor make you look slimer fast but for a short period of time. it is obviose that drinking water will do the same thing but will the pills be faster? can someone please shed some light on this for me?
