i am currently doing the same thing. right now i am on a high protien diet. it consists of mostly chicken, tuna, egg whites, and turkey. with alot of vegie's in between... i have been on it for a month and already lost 9 pounds of fat. Dieting is like 60% of the fat burning ratio (in my opinion). cardio and weight training make up the rest. i do cardio everytime i weight train (burn as many calories as possibale) then work with freeweights to add a glimmer to my body:) the hardest and most important part is the diet, once you have that down then you have conquered half the battle. like i said " im currently doing the same thing" so if you get unmotivated or have any questions, go ahead and contact me.
