In my current workout schedule; I work chest/back,bi's?legs, and shoulders/tri's. Does
this seem like a good routine? For chest, I'll do something like bench, incline bench, dumbell
bench and then cable flies or flat bench flies. I like to go somewhat heavy with each set,
ending as heavy as I can get, getting in at least 5 reps. Tell me what you think. Is there a
better way to get strenght and increase in size without compromising a "good look".
