The bench press works well. However you must remember it is like using dumbbells.You are independent of each arm. Try benching 10 times toward your head (incline), then continue 10 times toward your stomack area( decline ). Straight out ( say 90 degrees would be a regular bench press). Also ,untill you get used to this movement, don't try to push to much. For a real burn out, try the flyes, They're excellant! 10 incline and 10 decline flyes, this burns!!
