Increase Jumping Ability

I was wondering if anyone can point me to a good plyometric jumping program in order to increase my vertical leap. My legs are already very lean and muscular due to the fact I run 4 miles a day. I however dont want to do a whole lot of squats or dead lifts because I dont want to add size to my thighs, that is why I would like to do plyometrics. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated. Steve
