I haven't tried the Weider specifically, but with these low-end home gyms you have to be sure to keep the pulleys tightened and everything else in good repair. Also always use good technique, with slow, controlled movements. If you are a large person, it may not hold up. It is better for upper body work, so you may want to get some free weights too so you can do some lunges or deadlifts for your lower body.
