I weightlift heavely and I really enjoy it. I'm 6'5", 210lbs and i run the 40 in 4.6sec. Ineed to put on about 20lbs for this next football season. It will be my last and I want to make sure I do my part so our team goes out with a bang. I have been doing a lot of research and this could help me. I have very lean muscle put I am the strongest on the team, power lifting 310lbs and benching 320lbs. I have a lot of room to grow in my legs and thats where I feel I will get the most results and gain the most muscle mass. But I would still like to maintain my speed. Thank you.
