I am tring to lose some unwanted weight and wanted
some insight as to the
best way to go about it. I have been taking Xenadrine
RFA-1 for speeding up the
metabolism, Chitosan and Citrimax. I have been eating a
low fat
(vegitartian/tofu) diet. My weak area is the exercise.
I have not done much of
that at all...v ery inconsistent. I would appreciate any
advise on a weight
loss plan. Thx!
Congratulations on your pursuit of a healthy lifestyle! First of all,
your
diet seems to be aimed the right way. It should let you
have enough to eat
and yet keep your calories under control. All the
chemicals you are taking
would not be necessary if you had some sort of exercise
program in place. The
first recommendation is to get a cardiovascular program
going. If you are
currently not in shape, start slowly with a walking
routine, going even a
block a day at first if that's all you can. As your
conditioning improves,
try to do more each day until you are able to walk
forty-five minutes a day
for four to five days a week. A weight training program
would also be
valuable in building metabolically active muscle which
would help you burn
more calories even your body is at rest. We are
currently developing weight
routines designed to help you reach specific goals, like
