  • I was wondering if I could use a protein-based powder as a

    I was wondering if I could use a protein-based powder as a breakfast & dinner supplement successfully for weight loss? I was told that I may actually gain weight by using protein powders... is this true? I would want one low in calories & carbs... maybe a soy based power? Any ideas? If so, any recommendations on a specific product? I would appreciate any advise. (BTW, want to lose about 40 lbs) :-)
