I can't gain any weight cause my metalbolic rate is too high..Please
help!!!
David, if you are still a teenager, you may not gain weight until you have
finished growing. Often (this was my experience) your metabolism changes
somewhere in your mid 20's and gaining weight is less of a problem than
gaining too much.
You can overcome the fast metabolism and gain muscle, but you won't be
"huge." Two requirements are: get on a good weight training program, and
eat more. Do cardio training for good health, but don't overdo it. Get a
calorie counter and eat the higher calorie foods, eat larger quantities,
don't skip meals, and add juices or other healthful liquids that don't fill
you up. You won't need to turn to junk food. Take time to plan your diet
and your workouts, and stick with it.
That's it for this time,
