What can I do to get my six-pack. I have the rest; the leg definition,
shoulders, back and arms. I just need to loose the midsection fat. Please
advise.
You first need to realize that spot reducing doesn't work. See the Article
Archive article "Can you spot reduce?" If a bit more bodyfat is lost, and the
rest of the body has already lost its fat, then the next logical place for
this fat to come from is the abdominal area. Fewer calories and a bit more
activity is usually the best way to approach this situation. As for an
abdominal exercise, one of the best I've ever used, and one which will etch
some grooves if done with concentration is the power crunch. For a
description of it please refer to the letter from Unknown on 7-13-98 in this
section asking for a program for abs. Good luck.
