i really want to gain weight .
i really want to gain weight. i'm 18/f, 5'4,97pounds. i eat all the time and i never gain a pound. i'm healthy and i exercise daily. is there any vitamins or shakes i can take to gain at least 10 pounds? what kinds of food should i eat? and how much? i don't want to weight lift or anything, i just want to put some meat on my bones.
OK, so you are 18 and want to gain 10 pounds without weight lifting. It is good that you are exercising everyday, especially considering
that you eat all the time. Most of us gain weight by eating too much of the wrong foods and not
exercising enough, but at 18 your bodies metabolism is still naturally in high gear and burns more calories (a "problem" that
