In answer to your question regarding Creatine Monohydrate, I honestly
believe you will be amazed and delighted when you give it a try. All the
feed back has been positive. I've personally seen guys come in who have
been working out for a long time but never could get any real muscle. With
creatine they gain solid muscle and are delighted.
I haven't heard of any negative side effects. You load with creatine for about 5
days (mixing it with white grape juice is the current hot tip) then you go
on a maintenance phase, then take a break for about 3 weeks.
