  • What is the difference between creatin phosphate and monohydrate.

    Unknown, From: Ontario CA. :

What is the difference between creatin phosphate and monohydrate and which is recomended
Creatine Monohydrate is the preferred supplement form for Creatine.

The explanation is that the body uses creatine phosphate in the muscle and it is converted into energy, leaving phosphate as a by product. When you supplement with more creatine monohydrate it connects with the natural phosphate in the muscle and re-uses it.

You do not need to supplement with Creatine Phosphate.

    That's it for this time,
