I've been having these terrible cravings for sweets for a little while now--normaly I don't go for that stuff. I exersize regularly and everything, but even with that I'm beginning to put on wieght! Aughhh! Do you have any suggestions on how to cut this crave? I've got to put it behind me!
I want to live a LONG healthy life!
Your cravings may be due to a metabolic change that is causing you to need more sugar. Another possibility is that you may be having a period of more than average mental work. Extra hard studies or additional mental activity at work could be causing the cravings. The nervous system works on glucose, so extra stress on it can cause extra need of food for it. Try relaxation exercises when possible, and try to eat fruit for your sweets instead of candy or empty caloric sources. Good luck.

    That's it for this time,
